On 09.12.2011 in Tula, Russia, the new member company of the ELTE group - OOO "ELTE Engineering" was officially registered. Its purpose is to implement industrial, energy, infrastructural, commercial and other projects on the territory of Russia.
On 01.12.2011 in Tula, Russia, "ELTE Engineering" EOOD and OAO "Management Company Tula Industrial Park" signed a contract for the construction of "Tula industrial park". The project is part of the program for economic development of the Tula region. ELTE as main contractor will complete the construction of the project through its affiliate company OOO "ELTE Engineering".
In addition, the company became a shareholder in "Tula Industrial Park", making its first investment in Russia.
